I love providing real estate solutions for businesses. Once in a while, I get to bring an old, beautiful, forgotten, building back to life.
I specialize in industrial, food processing, warehouse, and logistics brokerage nationwide. I like bringing industrial spaces to life, especially urban industrial. I am a licensed broker in NH, MA, RI, CT, VA, & PA but have transacted in almost every capital market across the country. I have relationships and I solve problems for my clients with real estate solutions.
I have 25 years of experience in institutional, retail, office, transit oriented, and industrial real estate. Prior to forming my own firm, I provided real estate advisory through Greystone & Co to transit and municipal clients like MassDOT and Stafford County.
I gained vast experience with all real estate asset classes through nearly 20 years with Citizens Bank as the Vice President, Portfolio Manager overseeing the disposition of $105M+ portfolio of distressed real estate collaterals in 14 states.
I am WBE, NGLCC, and SDO Certified.
